Jednogodišnji projekt Etno Nove vodila je Željka Jakopčević koja je svoj život posvetila radu s ovisnicima i bivšim ovisnicima te njihovim obiteljima čvrsto vjerujući da je potpuni oporavak od ovisnosti moguć. Osnovne aktivnosti bile su vezane za rad na jačanju ovisnika ili bivših ovisnika i njihovih obitelji, informirati ih o njihovim mogućnostima, motivirati na dobre odluke i povezivati ih s članovima obitelji.
No, velika je važnost i priprema bivših ovisnika za život na slobodi (nakon zatvora ili života u rehabilitacijskom centru). U toj fazi cilj je bio pružiti praktičnu i duhovnu podršku. Željka je održala i niz radionica u Srbiji kako bi pomogla udrugama koje tamo rade s ovisnicima. Kroz individualno savjetovanje i radionice prošlo je više od 185 korisnika zajedno s njihovim obiteljima.
